[EVENT] UK Mall Tour - Birmingham - 13th March 2011

Meeting Place: Birmingham New Street Railway Station, under the main timetable board (if there is one)

Please post in this thread if you want to come and participate, so we know how many we have before we go to the event. If you're bringing along friends, tell us in your post! I will be wearing my Red Cap so you know who I am. I'll be getting there at 12:00noon to have a look round at where stuff is and we'll meet at the meeting point at 1:00pm.

The official event will involve previews of Black and White (if you haven't played already) and activities. You can also purchase Pokémon memorabilia and items, so make sure you bring some money! After that, we'll probably have a walk around town and have lunch etc. until people have to leave.

According to Arc, the things there are:
Pokémon Centre - This is where you can buy plushies (Pikachu, Unova starters, Zekrom, Reshiram, Zorua and Zoroark) and figurines. The starter plushies were $10 at the US event, we we predict they will be £6-£10 at the UK events. (We're been informed by Weasel that there may not be any merchandise for sale, just demo booth for Black and White, so be wary if there isn't when we get there)
Activity Centre - We've been told to stay away from this, despite it's free wheel spin (1:12 chance of winning a starter plushie). You need stamps to get in on your stamp booklet. Also where you can get a picture taken with a Unova starter.
Information Centre - Nothing special

The following Pokémon will be distributed at this event:


To receive the Event Celebi and Pichu, be sure to have Mystery Gift enabled on your games. This is automatic in HeartGold/SoulSilver, but for players using Diamond/Pearl/Platinum will have to follow this guide. You can only receive this gift once using the Wireless search on the Mystery Gift menu, following by picking up your Celebi/Pichu from any Pokémart in-game.

Hmm, that sounds okay, but I have no idea what the station looks like inside, let alone how busy it'd be. Lets say we'll all meet under the main timetable board?

Well true, but we need to receive the stamp booklet from around the event and find stamps to get into it.
